Neosho district to try again with bond issue (The Joplin Globe)

NEOSHO, Mo. — A proposed $16 million bond issue that school officials say is needed to ease overcrowding will again come before voters on April 7. The plan calls for a 100,000-square-foot building for grades five and six to be erected next to the existing middle school.
